What impact do cultural exchange and international networks have? What roles do art and culture play in the process of social change? Roads ahead:
CROSSROADS takes a look behind the scenes of cultural production and promotion in various parts of the world and, by means of a conference and panels, explores possible ways ahead in the cultural cooperation of the future.
