The NEAP FEST will take place in October 2018, at the UNIRIO (Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro). It is the first theatrical exchange festival organized by members of the Network of Emerging Artists and Professionals of the International Theatre Institute.

NEAP FEST invites proposals from artists and collectives with at least 70% of your members 18 to 36 years old.
